Ivan Rapin-Smith Managing partner – USA
Ivan graduated as an engineer in Leuven in 1996. Straight after his studies he was attracted by a small management consultancy and training firm where he fell in love for the consulting business. Since then he has been honing his skills as a consultant, first working for consulting firms and since 2007 through his own company Belvido. His specialisation is business target setting, helping businesses define their strategy and business goals and supporting the achievement of those goals through the implementation of performance metrics and performance improvement plans.
As a consultant and project manager, Ivan loves to practice what he preaches and has co-founded startups like Web-diggers and Whatever Company and actively supported them in their strategic and operational development. Ivan currently lives in Miami, Florida with his wife and son and spends his free time traveling, discovering great restaurants and the occasional game of squash.
